Location: Otterbein Community Center and Recreation Park, 13375 Welty Rd, Waynesboro, PA 17268

Event Day – Saturday, April 25, 2026
- Exhibitor Check‑In & Move‑In: 7:30a.m. – 8:45a.m.
- 3-5pm on Friday, April 24, 2026
- Booths Fully Set Up By: 8:45 a.m.
- Expo Open to Public: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Exhibitor Move‑Out: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Important Guidelines
- Exhibitors must be ready to greet visitors by 8:45 a.m.
- Early teardown (before 2:00 p.m.) is not permitted, as it negatively impacts the overall attendee experience. If exhibitors tear down before 2:00 p.m. (without prior approval) will not be permitted to participate the following year.
- Any special requests (electricity, placement considerations, etc.) must be submitted by the deadline communicated in your confirmation email.
What’s Included with Your Booth
Indoor Vendor Spaces
- One 6‑foot table with black skirt and two chairs included.
- Electric option available for an additional fee as listed on the registration form (limited availability)
- Non‑Profit: $150 | For Profit: $200 | Non‑Member: $300 | with Electric: $25 extra
Outdoor Vendor Spaces
- One 10’ x 10’ space with one 8‑foot table and two chairs included; exhibitor provides table covering and/or popup tent (if desired).
- For Profit: $150 | Non‑Profit: $100 | Non‑Member: $250 | Food Trucks: $100 (must have own generator)
Rules & Expectations
- Event is rain or shine; all exhibitor fees are non-refundable.
- Exhibitors must stay within assigned booth space and keep aisles clear.
- Professional conduct is required; no aggressive selling or disruptive behavior.
- Sound must be directed into your booth and kept at a reasonable level.
- Attendee data and privacy rules must be followed for any contact information provided.
