Chamber members enjoy exclusive access to our conference and board rooms — professional, well-equipped spaces available during regular business hours, ready when your next meeting or workshop needs a great space.
Before you book: Reservations must be made at least one week prior to your event. Payment and a signed Room Rental Agreement must be received before your rental date. Reserve by calling 717-762-7123 or emailing admin@waynesboro.org.

Seats 30 with tables and chairs, more without tables. Includes use of a projector and sound system, white board, half bathroom, and full kitchen.
